Our client is an international supplier of specialty agricultural and horticultural fertilizers.

This is a home-based position, responsible for the sales of our clients’ specialty agricultural fertilizers to the UK market, with a focus on fruit. The position will be tasked with generating new business, maintaining existing customer accounts, whilst identifying market trends for our clients’ business in the UK - reporting into European headquarters.
Responsible for the fertilizer and bio stimulant business in the UK.
Identifying and qualifying prospective customers through contacts, research and networking.
Scheduling appointments and physically meeting with the customers to propose and present the products.
Using marketing strategies to maximize sales effectiveness.
Work closely together with the agronomists, logistics coordinators, and marketing department with the head office.
Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
Represent the company in seminars, meetings or exhibitions to introduce the products to potential clients.
Degree qualified in an Agricultural related fields.
Sales experience in agricultural and horticultural fertilizers in the UK, ideally with fruit growers.
Ability to manage and influence different stakeholders – both internally and externally.
Customer focus; market-oriented business mindset.
Able to travel extensively.
What Our Client Offers:
Base salary: 60,000 - 80,000 GBP / Year.
Company Car and associated work allowances .
Excellent commission structure.
7% pension + 25 days holiday.
