Our client is a leading international supplier of specialty agricultural and horticultural fertilizers. They are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to lead business development efforts across India and neighboring countries. This home-based role is ideal for someone with strong market knowledge and a passion for sustainable agriculture.
The role involves driving sales growth, managing distributor relationships, launching new products, and analyzing market trends to support strategic decisions. You’ll be responsible for both expanding new business and maintaining existing accounts, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in Agriculture or related fields.
Significant sales experience in specialty fertilizers with network throughout India, SEA would be an advantage.
Ability to manage and influence different stakeholders – both internally and externally.
Fluent of English, both spoken and written.
Able to travel across Southeast Asia.
Most importantly, the successful candidate must be mature, proactive, and hands-on.
