The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing key account clients in Thailand, managing the growth and new sales for consumer goods manufacturers in Thailand. She/he will promote appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Develop strong relationship with existing and new key account clients in Thailand.
Focus on customer satisfaction, as well as revenue and value generation for the business, i.e.: consolidating business to long term contracts.
Performs cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs, expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule, coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Identify and develop new market opportunities for the business, through a comprehensive knowledge of customer, competitor, and market trends. A plus if can advise technically the customer creating a deep network and sponsorship across functions at the customer base.
Ensure prompt delivery and accuracy of weekly/monthly/ quarterly reports to senior management. This is for the purpose of identifying areas of improvement in the business’s marketing strategies, identifying opportunities, and understanding the market and competitive environment.
Tracks sales activities and create reports to be presented to senior sales management to support strategic decision-making.
Play a collaborative role with the finance department to ensure detailed and punctual release of sales reports. She/He is accustomed to use reporting tools such as CRM on a weekly basis.
Develop and build relationships and partnerships by being attentive, service-oriented, and partner with the other functions as quality, S&OP, Customer Service, Production, Technical Laboratory.
Represent the business, share its vision, increase awareness, establish, and stabilize relationships internally and externally.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in any related field.
Experience in B2B sales, ideally from a consumer goods related industry segments, such as packaging or ingredients.
Specialization or experience in Packaging and related would-be a plus.
Experience communicating with a variety of nationalities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English language.
