Our client is an international company specializes in the distribution of high-capacity processing machinesfor the fish, seafood, food and aquaculture industries.
Our client is looking to recruit somebody with experience selling into the fish processing industry in Thailand, ideally equipment, machinery, as their country sales manager for Thailand. This is a home-based, and newly created role, responsible for the Thailand market in aqua and fish processing technologies, generating new business and providing technical support, and identifying market trends for our clients’ specialty food processing and aquaculture business.
Sales of the machinery and equipment for the fish, seafood, food and aquaculture industries mainly in Thailand and can be extended to nearby neighbouring countries.
Identify and explore potential business opportunities, market trends, customers’ needs, and develop business relationships with potential customers.
Provide technical solutions, and operation pricing to customers by introducing the most effective solution.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business growth and achieve sales targets.
Managing the end-to-end process for customer orders.
Ensures the documentation is accurate and monitors the delivery process and makes sure all proof of deliveries is filed.
Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
Work closely with the suppliers to provide the best solution to the clients.
Ensure timely and successful deliveries with hands-on technical support.
Degree qualified in any food, fisheries related field.
Experience in sales, business development, and customer-facing role in frozen/chilled fish/seafood processing machineries.
Good level of English, both spoken and written.
Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of sales success.
Able to travel in Thailand, own a private with a valid driving License.
