Our client is a leading regional food ingredients manufacturer specializing in flavours, seasonings, coatings, and food solutions across Southeast Asia.
Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager – Flavour to grow and manage the flavour business in Indonesia. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a strong background in B2B food ingredients, particularly within flavours.
The role will be based in Jakarta and will involve occasional travel to the factory site, outskirt of Jakarta. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with key food manufacturing customers and working closely with the local distribution partner, as well as collaborating with technical and application teams to deliver customized flavour solutions.
You will play a key role in expanding the Indonesian flavour business by identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, supporting customer trials, and driving sustainable commercial growth through strong technical understanding and a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications:
Strong years of experience in flavor sales, marketing or business development within the B2B food industry.
Good Experience in the flavors industry in Indonesia with proven track records.
Background in flavors, fragrances, or related ingredients is highly preferred.
Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer- centric solutions
Good command of English and computer literate.
Right to work in Indonesia and fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
