Our client is a leader in food ingredients manufacturing supporting the food and beverage industries globally, is seeking for a talented Senior Research Scientist specializing in Bakery Applications to drive innovation across Southeast Asia. In this role, you will develop sustainable solutions to grow the bakery business, oversee technical development for key accounts, including biscuits, wafers, bread, cookies, and buns, ensure product quality and suitability, and lead New Product Development (NPD) initiatives from concept to launch. This role will also support team collaboration and daily operations, making a real impact on the growth of the bakery business in the region.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science & Technology, Bakery Science or a related field.
5 years of experience in food product development, in the bakery industry.
Must be familiar with food safety regulations, quality assurance practices, food laboratory, pilot plant and factory experiences
Good Technical knowledge and operational experience of Bakery in Retail and Food as well as across various Bakery Products.
Fluent in English.
Willingness to travel.
What Our Client Offers:
Salary THB 65,000 – 90,000 /Month (Depending on candidate experience)
