The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing Supply Chain team to develop logistic and warehouse to meet company requirement and quality standards. This position will report to General Manager.
Responsibilities:
Develops appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.
Leads the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Directs and coordinates global supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization, and KPIs resulting in the maximization of customer satisfaction.
Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.
Works with plant, warehouse, and logistics departments to determine and set up intercompany transfers.
Support business growth and supply chain operation in Thailand by working closely with 3rd party service providers to stay focus on customer centricity, drive process compliance while allowing flexibility to satisfy customers’ needs in the area of ocean freight forwarding, local distribution and customs clearance.
Provide guidance on vendor selection/qualification/negotiation and contracting.
Monitor vendor performance by reviewing scorecards against KPIs.
Enhance speed, communication, consistency and accuracy in dealing with customer inquiries, orders, delivery, shipping documentation, and customer complaints.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent experience.
5 - 10 years of supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management experience.
APIM Certified Production Inventory Management (CPIM) is a plus.
Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges.
Good command in English Language.
