We are working on an interesting opportunity with a global agriculture commodity trading company. They are looking to hire a talented individual contributor with experience to support the agricultural sustainability program.
The role will largely be to lead and manage client sustainability program, which will cover both the growth and operation of our verification program for Thai consumers and producers, and also sustainability projects on areas such as regenerative agriculture and low-carbon farming in Thailand.
Key responsibilities include designing strategic initiatives, manage budgets and resources, and build strong partnerships with farmers, funding bodies, and industry stakeholders. You will play a key role in organizing workshops, training sessions, and pilot projects that showcase the benefits of sustainable farming practices. The position also involves producing educational materials, monitoring sustainability regulations, and collaborating with global teams to promote innovation and program growth.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in sustainability or environmental management, environmental studies/sciences or related fields
Experiences working in sustainability, relating to agriculture in Thailand
Good understanding on regenerative agriculture and low-carbon farming in Thailand.
Languages required – English (Advanced).
Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
