The Technical Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team and customer base by providing value through offering concept ideation, total formulation solutions within the technical focus on savoury application.
Responsibilities:
Pro-active introduction of consumer trend solutions and application based added value to the customers valorizing the branded innovative ingredient solutions of our suppliers.
Acquire and develop formulation know how (recipe, process and quality standards) based on the consumer trends and customer needs.
Quality Assurance responsibility in compliance with local and international food regulation.
Coordinating with government registration bodies.
Provide the sales people with the technical tools required for success (expertise, concept building, ready to use demo samples, presentations, etc) within the growth strategy.
Organize and support technical training courses and seminars for the sales people and customers.
Maintain and upkeep equipment and environment in food Lab to ensure smooth operation of trials conducted in the Food Lab.
Perform other related tasks assigned by Business Unit Manager.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in Food Science or Technology related field.
Experience in an application technologist or R&D focusing on the savoury categories.
Good technical in savoury application and marketing skills.
Knowledge of Thai FDA registration process as well as local legislation requirements.
Good command of English and presentation skills.
