Our client is a leading distributor of animal nutrition / feed additives for the Thailand market.
The Technical Sales Manager will be a remote based role with responsibility for identifying and developing new business while managing some existing business and key accounts within the animal feed sector in Thailand. This position is expected to help the growth of the company by providing technical and sales management support for all monogastric species. The role will be reporting into the Sales Manager Thailand. This is a fantastic time to be joining this highly innovative, and ethical company, with huge growth plans for the region.
Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets and revenue goals for the company’s products.
Responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts selling to Feed mills in Thailand.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the technical aspects and benefits of our products.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and advancements related to animal nutrition and feed additives.
Identify and target potential customers within the animal nutrition industry
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry.
Understand clients' specific needs and tailor product presentations to address their unique requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree within Animal Science and/or Veterinary or equivalent
5+ years experience within the animal nutrition / feed industry.
Solid technical understanding of monogastric animal nutrition.
Good communication and presentation skills with complex technical information.
The role will involve customer visits and a company car will be provided, so a valid driving license is essential.
