We are working on an interesting opportunity with a global agriculture commodity trading company in search of a talented UX/UI Designer. In this role, you will develop innovative features, conduct user research, and ensure that designs effectively address the needs of the Thai market.
As part of a dynamic SCRUM team, you will create user-friendly interfaces and optimize user flows to align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will also include performing localization tasks to ensure that digital products are culturally relevant and linguistically accurate.
Additionally, you will maintain a consistent design system across all user touchpoints and utilize industry-standard tools to produce polished design assets. Clear and effective communication of design decisions to stakeholders will be crucial for aligning business goals with user needs, making this role an exceptional blend of hands-on design and qualitative research.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Proven track record in UI/UX design and research, with a portfolio showcasing your work in interface design, localization, and qualitative research methods.
Fluent in Thai and English (both spoken and written).
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Affinity Suite, and Adobe Suite.
Strong product thinking and the ability to understand business goals alongside user needs.
Ability to articulate design decisions clearly, with a deep understanding of UI/UX as a discipline beyond just digital products.
Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment, particularly in the discovery phase of product development.
Ability to travel locally as needed for design collaboration, research, and stakeholder meetings.
