Our client is a global food ingredients manufacturer, supplying to both the industrial and food service channels.
The Assistant Sales Administration Manager is part of the customer service team which plays an important role in the supply chain of our client’s food manufacturing business. He/she will be managing a full loop of sales administration, communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and excellent back-end support to the customers.
This role requires hands-on experience in supporting the commercial and operation teams towards the fulfilment of all domestic and overseas customers.
Bachelor’s Degree qualified.
Experience in a sales support role, with the ability to manage customer orders and coordinate both externally and internally from a manufacturing field would be a plus.
Understanding of logistics, planning and import-export.
Good command of English and computer literacy.
Strategic thinking, hands-on and problem-solving skills.
