This position will assist the Export Sales Manager with communication to customers, handling the day-to-day customer service inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Handle all phone and email related customer inquiries to conduct business development activities.
End-to-end management/ Coordination of all Sale orders.
Liaise with Customer Service (CS), Supply chain, Technical Department, QC, Freight forwarders, Production and Supply Planning Specialist/Officers, Warehouse and Finance team to ensure all inquiries/quotations prepared are in line with costing data, market and target margins.
Manage, coordinate and keep clear records on customer orders, forecasts and deliveries.
Engage in business development activities and explore new export sales opportunities in assigned regions, including overseas customer visits, trade show preparation.
Conduct customer visits and build close relationships.
Monitor competitors move and market news updates to identify new customers & businesses.
Run various reports to assist Sales, Account managers, Supply Chain Manager and other departments with delivery, forecast, sales and pricing history, etc.
Raise issues/concerns with relevant parties for issues related to the processing of Sale Orders, Invoices, Delivery, Pricing, Credit etc.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in any related field.
Experience in B2B sales/sales support, ideally from a consumer goods related industry segments, such as packaging or ingredients.
Experience communicating with a variety of nationalities in a fast-paced environment.
Service-minded, able to work under pressure and meet tight daily schedules.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English language.
Ability to travel both domestic and overseas, Open to All Nationalities – Must be based in Thailand.
