We are working with a leading food ingredient manufacturer based in Bangkok, who is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to establish and lead the Human Resources function in the manufacturing facility in Thailand
Reporting to the Managing Director, the HR Manager will be supporting a workforce of approximately 450 employees. This role requires building the HR function from the ground up — setting up systems, processes, policies, and a team.
The HR Manager will be responsible for all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, HR compliance, and fostering a positive company culture aligned with manufacturing operations.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in the related field.
Proven experience in setting up or leading an HR function in a factory setting, food manufacturing would be a great advantage.
Strong understanding of Thai labour law, HR best practices, and factory work dynamics.
Leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Languages required – English (Advanced).
Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
