The Key Account Manager will work with our clients’ largest customers in order to build long-term strategic partnerships.

The Key Account Manager in an individual contributor who will work with several local sales staff across multiple sites in Asia, and will be responsible for attracting and maintaining strategic feed and integrator customers. In order to achieve this the Key Account Manager will work with a variety of internal departments such as product development, technical sales, marketing, customer services, pricing and others. The Key Account Manager is the commercial driver (opening doors, closing deals etc) and relationship keeper, typically managing a small number of big key accounts.
Responsibilities:
Plans how to establish and maintain major account relationships.
Participates with other key account managers and sales management in developing sales strategies for national/global accounts.

Qualifications:
Degree qualified in animal science based qualification.
Experience selling into, and managing, large feed mills and/or feed integrators in Thailand and/or Asia.
Eager, sales focused, networker with the experience and gravitas to network with larger accounts.
Able to network both internally and externally.
Initiative, able to work independently and result-oriented. Also a team player. Self-starter.
Good verbal and written communications skills in both Thai and English.
What Our Client Offers:
Basic Salary up to 300,000 THB/Month
Car Allowance: 35,000 THB/Month
Target Bonus: 20% of Annual Basic Salary company/individual performance related
