Our client is a leading manufacturer of natural extracts and food ingredients.
Our client is seeking for a Production Head to drive excellence across our manufacturing site. Production Head will manage budgets, CAPEX, and operational KPIs while shaping strategic decisions on plant expansion and capacity planning. Lead lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and digitalization initiatives to modernize operations and deliver top-quality products. Collaborate closely with R&D, NPD, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency, compliance, and on-time delivery.
As a leader, Production Head will inspire and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary team, building a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Oversee talent development, mentor future leaders, and proactively manage operational risks. Ensure smooth material availability, resolve customer issues promptly, and champion sustainability initiatives. Deliver production volume, cost, and OTIF targets while maintaining full compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in food manufacturing, preferably in seasonings/ spices/ flavors and execution of greenfield projects in the field will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Candidates with strong strategic mindset, analytical thinking with the passion to drive projects will be preferred.
Languages required – English (Intermediate/Advanced).
Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
