Our client is a leading multi-national company operating within the food and beverage industry.
The production manager will oversee factory operations to ensure daily production activities align with company objectives, maintain food quality and safety management systems, and utilise manpower efficiently. Responsibilities include motivating staff to meet departmental goals, ensuring products comply with quality standards, maintaining hygiene, driving commercial sales through new product development, and managing production resources for profitability.
This position involves reporting production performance to management, preventing quality issues, implementing production plans, managing budgets, and participating in personnel decisions. Key duties include ensuring workplace safety, supporting sustainability initiatives, and maintaining communication across all levels. Compliance with various quality systems such as FSSC 22000, HACCP, HALAL, GHP, ISO45001, ISO14001, and ISO50001 is essential.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in food science, food engineering, and other related fields.
At least 7 years in operational or manufacturing management in the food industry.
Leadership and Problem-solving skills, Able to work under pressure.
Good command of English and computer skills.
Able to work at a manufacturing site in Pak Chong, Korat.
What Our Client Offers:
Basic Salary: 100,000 – 150,000 THB/Month (Depending on candidate’s experience)
