We are partnering with a leading food ingredient manufacturer in Thailand to recruit an experienced senior leader to head their Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory. This role will oversee the management of their manufacturing site in Thailand, ensuring world-class standards are maintained and continuously improved.
You will be responsible for driving the company’s Food Safety and Quality agenda, ensuring compliance with global, regional, and customer standards including BRC, HACCP, and GMP. You will lead audits, certifications, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across Thailand, while collaborating closely with Operations, R&D, and Commercial teams to deliver safe, high-quality, and innovative products. In addition, you will act as the technical lead for customer audits, regulatory engagement, and crisis management, while developing and mentoring a strong team to support the company’s growth in Thailand.
Qualifications:
Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
At least 12 years of experience in Food Safety & Quality Assurance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a food ingredient manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of BRC, HACCP, GMP, ISO, and other food regulatory requirements.
Languages required – English (Advanced).
Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
