Our client, a Thailand-based organic fruit product producer, is looking for a Quality Supervisor to ensure the quality, safety, and environmental standards are met in their medium-sized organic fruit processing factory. As the Quality Supervisor, you would be responsible for overseeing all activities related to raw materials, packaging, finished products, food safety, hygiene, and the environment in the factory.
This role requires a keen attention to detail and experience in ensuring compliance with food safety systems such as HACCP, The International Featured Standard (IFS), Halal, Kosher, and Organic. As the Quality Supervisor, you will also coordinate third-party and internal audit activities to ensure that all quality, safety, and environmental standards are met.

Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in food science or related field
2+ years experience in QA, QC, food safety from the food industry.
Good knowledge of quality system management.
Good command in English and computer skills
Able to work 5 / 6 days per week (Alternative Saturdays)
