We are working on behalf of our client who are looking to hire a Sales Executive to work within the commercial team to grow their range of value-added, imported poultry/meat products to retail, industrial, international chain restaurant and food service customers throughout the UK. They are looking for somebody who is eager to learn and looking to develop a career within a fast-moving business and would ideally suit somebody who has been in a similar role for 12 months. The role will mentored by one of our clients’ experienced directors and replaces the current incumbent who has progressed to a more senior sales role within the business.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in the food industry, which is fast-paced and constantly developing. Requiring somebody with a high level of flexibility, a great personality and the drive, ambition, and energy to keep up with the workload and customer expectations of the food industry. You will work as part of a team but with the confidence to learn the business and work independently.
The role is office based on the border of Hertfordshire and London Borough of Enfield, and although there will be further flexibility as you progress within the role, there will be a need to work closely with internal support teams in the office, so the role requires somebody living in a commutable distance.
Qualifications:
0-1 years’ experience in a product sales role from the food industry.
Self-motivated, driven, ability to think outside the box
Passionate and driven.
Full current driving license.
