The Technical Sales Manager will drive the sales of dairy farming pin Thailand. You will take a different approach to sales; selling Total Mixed Rations (TMR) of pre-mix feed and nutrition together with mixing equipment, working with key influencers within animal sciences from Thailand Universities and Research Institutes.
Responsibilities :
Assist with the strategy and development of our client’s dairy business and dairy cooperatives for the whole of Thailand.
Provide technical support to Dairy Farmer, Dairy Cooperatives, collaborating with international and local dairy industry players in Thailand.
Working with company’s technical, sales, marketing and management teams in across the globe.
Communicating with the local governmental officials and translation.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing technical support, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending nutrition advice.
Identifies new business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching, analyzing sales options and Preparing sales reports and forecasts.
Provide support for customer service issues and coordinate use of company resources to provide value-added services based on a thorough understanding of the customer’s needs.
Maintains in-depth high-level contacts with key end users and influencers, keeping them informed of price trends, new products and applications.
Prepare presentations/proposals that effectively communicate relevant information for both internal and external discussions.
Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for future research and value-added tools for our customers.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture Technology or a similar animal science - based fields.
Knowledge of feed, nutrition to the dairy industry and contacts of Dairy cooperatives or processors in Thailand.
Have a practical approach and strong commercial awareness.
A high degree of energy, self-motivation and strong interpersonal skills and able to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
Fluent in English and presentation/communication skills.
