Reporting to Regional Site Director, the Site Operations Coordinator will be providing support to the Regional Site Leadership Team in achieving and maintaining a high standard of site performance. This position plays a key role in assisting the regional site to fulfil all day-to-day co-ordination activities and administrative needs of the site.
Provide support to the Site Leadership Team and their respective functions including co-ordination and scheduling of meetings, consolidation of presentations, reports, etc.
Provide support for all site communication initiatives including organization of town halls, team meetings and maintenance of key noticeboards and digital display system around the site.
Translate any global communication material and HSE/Q&FS communication materials on site to local language and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure effective and timely communications.
Coordinating all Integrated facility management (IFM) activities on site.
Immediately escalate all security events to the designated associates in the Site Leadership Team and have a monthly meeting with the security team lead to ensure close out of all events.
Maintain and implement all Administration Procedures and be central point of coordination for all Site Tours for associates and visitors.
Co-ordinate all overseas visitor accommodation and travel requests.
Establish and maintain company standards within all meeting rooms, training rooms, common areas and site grounds within the site.
Coordinate all tasks related to the site time and attendance system including data management in line with the established procedures.
Coordinate the Year-End Tax closing for the site associates and overall coordination of all events on site.
Degree qualified in a Business Administration or other related field of study.
5+ years Administration / Coordinator experience at senior level with overall understanding of manufacturing / supply chain operations.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Must have exceptional organization and time-management skills.
Highly professional with strict attention to detail and high level of commitment and trustworthy.
Able to work at the manufacturing site.
