Our client is a globally oriented food producer and solutions partner, recognized for its expertise in organic rice noodles, seasonings, and superfoods, distributing to both local and international markets.
They are currently seeking a Product Development Manager to drive the end-to-end development of innovative rice-based products, from concept to commercialization. The role involves identifying new product opportunities, developing and optimizing formulations, conducting analytical testing, scaling production processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, compliance, and successful market launches.
This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including Production, Quality, Marketing, and Procurement—to deliver high-performing, compliant, and market-ready products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field.
Experiences in R&D/product development, preferably in natural or organic food products.
Proven experience in developing rice-based or gluten-free products is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with organic and clean-label product development and excellent project management and communication skills.
Good command of English and computer literate.
Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
