Our client is a leading manufacturer and solutions provider of flavour products for the food and beverage industry, serving both local and international markets.
They are currently seeking a Factory Manager to take on a key leadership role overseeing all manufacturing, purchasing, and distribution operations in Thailand. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with the highest standards of food safety and operational efficiency, including the effective implementation and ongoing management of quality systems.
The Factory Manager will drive manufacturing strategies to support the company’s growth objectives, focusing on cost control, process optimization, and workforce productivity. A strong emphasis will be placed on fostering a culture of continuous improvement, fact-based problem solving, and employee engagement. Additional responsibilities include managing OEM partners for spray drying and blending, maintaining regulatory and investment compliance, and ensuring production performance aligns with both budgetary targets and customer service standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Higher in a Food Technology or Food Science related field.
Experience in Industrial or engineering management, operation Management, materials, logistics and management of supply chain.
Strong leaderships, communication, analytical, and negotiation skill.
Able to work effectively in a cross-culture environment.
·Good command of English and computer literate.
Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
