Our client is an Asia-based food ingredients producer, supplying a wide variety of food ingredients and finish food throughout the region.
One of our client’s manufacturing sites, they are looking for a talented Factory Manager to oversee the entire operation for the plastic packaging supporting the food industry in Thailand. This manufacturing site produces plastic packaging through a thermoforming process with overseeing 80-100 staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering Polymer technology or related fields
At least 5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing plant as a factory manager or production manager.
Good knowledge and expertise in producing plastic packaging through the molding process, Thermoforming, Vacuum forming or other related process.
Have knowledge and expertise in planning, controlling, and maintaining machinery in the plastics production process.
Able to work 6 days in Ayutthaya.
What Our Client Offers:
Basic Salary: Up to 100,000 – 150,000 THB/Month (Depending on candidate experience)
