Our client is an Asia based food ingredients producer, supplying a wide variety of savoury based ingredients throughout the region.
The HR Manager plays an important role for our client’s organization. This role will be leading the HR Team for multi-manufacturing sites in all aspects of human resources function to support operations and attainment of company goals.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the HR Manager will be leading a team of 5-6 HR Staff in managing all HR activities; workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, succession planning, and compensation and benefits for over 1,200 employees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any fields.
At least 10 years’ experience in HR Manager levels, preferably in manufacturing companies with proven track records in implementing systems and policies.
Good ability to communicate with people at all levels (Management to operation levels)
Able to work 6 Days in the Bangkok Office.
Languages required – Thai (native), English (Intermediate)

Basic Salary: 70,000 – 100,000 THB/Month
