Our client, a leading organic food and beverage products manufacturer, is seeking a Manufacturing & Supply Chain Director. Reporting to the Managing Director, this full-time factory-based position will be responsible for the entire manufacturing site's operations and operational excellence, planning, warehouse and logistics, maintenance, preventative functions, and all factory project-related management on CAPEX and Budget. Qualifications:
Degree qualified in an engineering or science related field.
15+ years manufacturing experience of which 5+ are at managerial level.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing principles, processes, and technologies, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience leading production and supply chain functions.
Food industry experience highly desirable.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good command of English.
What Our Client Offers:
Basic Salary: 300,000 – 400,000 THB/Month (depending on candidate experience)
