Our client is a globally oriented food producer and solutions partner, recognized for its expertise in organic rice noodles, seasonings, and superfoods, distributing to both local and international markets.
They are currently seeking a Production Manager / Process Improvement to take a key leadership role in driving daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that production targets for quality, efficiency, and safety are consistently met. This role oversees the entire production process from managing people, materials, and machinery to ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, BRC, ISO, and gluten-free standards while coordinating effectively across departments to achieve high-performance results.
The Production Manager / Process Improvement will lead, manage, and continuously optimize production operations to deliver excellence in quality, efficiency, cost, and safety, supporting the company’s growth and long-term sustainability objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Higher food science, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering
Experience in food manufacturing, a managerial or process improvement role.
Strong knowledge of production systems, continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma), and quality management systems.
Experience in instant noodles, pasta, or related food production is preferred.
Good command of English and computer literate.
Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
