Our client is a leading manufacturer of food ingredients and customized products such as crumbs, syrups, and flavors, collaborating with food companies across all industry sectors both locally and globally.
The R&D Supervisor will be responsible for developing and formulating liquid applications (Hot and Cold sauces) for industrial, food service, and QSR customers worldwide, providing process parameters. The role also involves maintaining business by optimizing formulas for cost and quality, researching new raw materials, and building strong customer relationships through direct communication to understand their ingredient, product, legislative, and technical needs.
Additionally, the role includes working with the sales team and customers to identify market needs, develop new product ideas, prepare technical reports, and maintain accurate development records in the company database.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related fields or equivalent level.
Experience with Hot and Cold sauce and knowledge of other processes is an advantage.
Good communication and presentable skills.
Ability to work independently and Detail-oriented.
Languages required – Thai (native), English (Intermediate).
