Our client is a well-regarded food ingredients manufacturer and distributor focusing on Herbs, Spices & Blends; Confectionery and Natural Products & Organics worldwide.
Tanjong Pagar, Singapore
Reporting to the Shipment Manager, this position will responsible for assisting with daily activities in each department (Sales, Logistics & Shipping, Purchasing, Product Development, QA, Customer Service) and providing support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative team support from sales support to inventory management for Singapore Office.
Help manage customer relationships both locally and internationally with shipments and stock management.
Work closely with the managers to understand departmental objectives.
Develop relationships with key suppliers on their products and capabilities.
Provide technical support to the Singapore team in Quality & food safety standards, policies and other related tasks.
Work on all the assigned tasks from the manager.
Qualifications:
Singaporean / PR holder with an excellent level of English.
Degree qualified in business or commerce related fields.
A strong interest in food and/or food ingredients and desire to build a career in the food industry.
Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

13th Month Bonus (After full calendar year’s work)
