Our client is a global leader in industrial optical machinery. The service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, servicing, repair, preventive maintenance, and sales support for technical teams. Key responsibilities include performing on-site service activities, troubleshooting equipment using remote diagnostic tools, and conducting preventative maintenance and field modifications.
This role is crucial in helping customers maximize the performance of machines across the company’s advanced ophthalmic and automation systems product lines. You will work closely with a dedicated team of service engineers and report directly to the Head of Operations, Asia (German nationality).

Qualifications:
Degree qualified in any engineering-related field would be an advantage.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office & profound background in ERP system.
Good communication, stron analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good level of English, both spoken and written.
Positive attitude, strong personality, and a service-oriented mindset.
Thai national, able to travel extensively.
What Our Client Offers:
Basic Salary: 40,000 - 60,000 THB /Month
