Our client is food producer specializing in producing a wide range of Asian sauces and ingredients.
This position is a newly created role for the Thailand market in developing business and supporting opportunities in Thailand for Industrial B2B and Food Service Channels.
Develop & implement for the in-market sales achievement, driving the growth in food service and industrial channels.
To track, monitor and analyse product, channel and customer sales trends in order to maximize sales opportunities and achieve desired sales results.
Working with distributor sales team to ensure execution excellence in 3 key aspects i.e. accounts/outlets penetration, product & SKU portfolio expansion and joint promotion activities implementation.
To build and strengthen business relationship with the key sub-distributors and wholesalers, where relevant to drive product distribution or penetration.
Identify market potential to expand customer base in the food service and industrial channel and extend product range usage of the customers.
Regular visit to the key cities in the region is required to identify business opportunities and issues.
Provide market intelligence regarding to market trend and competitor activities in the respective region and provide recommendations for follow-up action whenever required.
Bachelor’s degree qualified in a Food Science or related field.
3+ years sales experience within the food industry, to either foodservice or industrial channels. Experience working with sauces, coatings would be desirable.
Experience of managing new product developments.
Demonstrable ability of working effectively within actual and virtual teams regionally and globally.
Thai national, Good command of English language.
What Our Client Offers:
Basic Salary: THB 50,000 – 70,000 / Month
Annual Leave: 12 days
