Reporting to the Board of Directors, The General Manager will be managing the overall business operation covering the entire operation and commercial sectors for the company.
Responsibilities:
Take overall responsibility for Operation, Quality, Supply Chain and Commercials.
Drive the implementation and ensure compliance of all Quality, Safety and Operational procedures.
Develop and implement a long-term sales strategy, driving future growth in local and overseas markets.
Provide outstanding strategic business, sales, marketing, operational and financial leadership.
Responsible for operations budgets, analyzes plant daily/weekly/monthly spending to keep indirect and fixed cost within standards in order to meet/exceed corporate financial goals.
Review financial information and adjust operational budget to promote profitability.
Develop and implement strategic plans to increase efficiency and effectiveness within a business, organization.
Develop the company standard to international standard practice e.g. GMP, HACCP, BRC and other standard practices required.
Solve and prevent any production problem and/or abnormal happening.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in a food related field.
15+ years general management experience within the food industry, covering both production and commercial operations. Ideal experience will focus on commercial management to food retailers.
Demonstrated financial acumen including planning and cost control capabilities and proven experience of managing projects to budget.
Solid experience in Manufacturing, Operation Management, proven track record to drive for change and deliver result.
A demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally within the group to drive business growth.
What Our Client offers:
Basic Salary: 200,000 – 250,000 THB/Month
