We are working with a leading distributor in Southeast Asia.
Our client is looking for a talented Senior Sales Manager to manage the food business in Thailand. This newly established position is tasked with driving sales performance, spearheading business growth, and managing relationships with principals.
This role is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive business growth, meet revenue targets, and expand market share. This role involves developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the performance of a team.
The Senior Sales Manager will also be accountable for the overall sales operations of assigned agency lines and ensuring financial targets are met through active debt collection oversight.
This role requires leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse sales team to achieve collective and individual goals with excellent strategic thinking and planning capabilities, with the ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
Experience in Food B2B sales, with at least 2-5 years in a leadership role within a trading or distribution environment.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing high-performance teams.
Strong financial acumen to understand sales forecasts, budgeting, pricing strategies, and debt management.
Languages required – Thai (native), English (Advanced)
