Our client is a leading, global manufacturer of food ingredients to both the industrial and food service sectors.

As the Site Manager you will be responsible for the organisation and management of our clients state-of-the-art 10,000 SQM material handling and batching site in Samutprakarn, overseeing planning, warehousing, shipping, health & safety, quality and support functions with a total workforce of 100 staff. The role will have overall responsibility for the site performance including workforce management, strategy development; requires strong operational excellence as well as leadership and change management skills and will work in close collaboration with colleagues in other manufacturing sites, as well as Group functions to deliver operational and financial targets for the Site.
This is an excellent opportunity for either an established site leader or an experienced planning/warehousing manager with experience working within a complex, fast-paced distribution environment to join a global leader within the food ingredients industry.
Qualifications:
Significant warehouse or planning management experience, ideally from within an FMCG manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise in driving operational excellence, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, comfortable working in a matrix environment with strong stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of leading and engaging people and developing high-performing teams.
Proven track record of achieving results, delivering on plans, and implementing sustainable strategies leading to improved organizational performance
