Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supply Chain & Operations Director to lead two manufacturing sites. You will oversee the full supply chain and manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless coordination across purchasing, quality assurance, warehousing, production, logistics, and process improvement with implementing best practices in procurement, inventory management, and distribution, you will support business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
With a strong leadership presence, you will drive initiatives to automate production processes, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and boosting overall operational performance. Additionally, you will lead the integration of advanced technologies and automation solutions across both production and the supply chain to increase productivity and minimize manual errors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or Food Science.
Proven track records in operations and supply chain leadership roles within the food industry, fresh produce industries will be highly advantage.
Proven expertise in manufacturing operations, sourcing & procurement, production planning, warehousing, and logistics management.
Strong understanding of sustainable sourcing and waste management practices in the food industry
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
